Addressing Domestic Abuse

Our vision is an end to domestic abuse

As a social enterprise, ADA believes in the coordinated community response to domestic abuse and aims to equip housing providers and associated supply chains to recognise domestic abuse so that residents can be assured of a positive response.  Our work is informed by our Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP) and aims to ensure survivors voices are heard.

Our services

We provide the following services to registered housing providers and associated supply chains:

  • Training and workshops on identifying and responding to domestic abuse
  • Support for housing providers to plan for the upcoming regulatory changes on domestic abuse as set out in the Social Housing White Paper (2020)
  • Policy development
  • Research and evaluation
  • Service planning
  • E-learning package development
