Introduction to domestic abuse & trauma-informed practice

This training course will provide an understanding domestic abuse as a pattern of power and control, will assist practitioners in how to recognise the impact of trauma on behaviour, engagement, and decision‑making. Delegates will be able identify trauma responses commonly seen in housing settings and apply trauma‑informed principles in everyday housing practice.
